## Description

If you're into arcade gaming, there's no doubt that you've heard of [Sanwa](https://core-electronics.com.au/retro-gaming/diy/sanwa.html). Used widely in top end arcade machines and manufactured in Japan by Sanwa Denshi Co., Sanwa arcade products are up there at the top of the quality chain in arcade gaming. You really can feel the difference in the quality and snappiness of the microswitches!

The **Sanwa SDM-20** range are **round 20mm** "snap-in" style arcade buttons with built-in microswitches and 2.8mm terminals. These buttons feature two plastic clips which are designed to lock into panels with a thickness of between 0.5mm and 2mm. Your mounting hole should have a ~20.4mm diameter.

These are normally used as selection, service and test buttons - but hey, it's a switch and it's your project, use it however you want!
