The connector is the same as what is found on the most [servos](https://core-electronics.com.au/category/23/rc-servos) and has a 0.1" spacing, so it fits nicely with [0.1" male headers](https://core-electronics.com.au/0-100-2-54-mm-breakaway-male-header-1x40-pin-straight.html) and can plug directly into most RC receivers, [servo extension cables](https://core-electronics.com.au/twisted-servo-extension-cable-12-male-female.html), and [servo switch harnesses](https://core-electronics.com.au/servo-switch-harness-18.html), and custom cables made with [JR male connectors](https://core-electronics.com.au/jr-connector-pack-male.html) or [Futaba J male connectors](https://core-electronics.com.au/futaba-j-connector-pack-male.html). The actual voltage will depend on how charged the batteries are. A fully charged NiMH cell will deliver almost 1.5 V, so, for example, a “6V”, 5-cell pack can measure over 7 volts after being charged, and it can fall well below 5 volts when the pack is drained. You will need to charge these battery packs before you first use them.
