With the new Pi Zero W comes a snazzy new Pi Zero case! It's the official case from the Raspberry Pi Foundation and matches the aesthetics of the official Pi 3 case, but with the form factor to match both the Pi Zero and the Pi Zero W / 2W.

We recommend this case to keep your Pi Zero safe. The case will act as electrical insulation for the bottom layer of the PCB (so you can put it down anywhere and not worry about short circuits). It will also protect the tiny components onboard the Pi Zero that can be accidentally knocked off or damaged from static discharge when handling the device.

Not only does it have the same detachable top plate as the Pi 3 case, it also comes with a selection of different plates for different purposes. If you want to create a super compact spy cam, then the Camera mount plate is perfect. Or perhaps you're prototyping up your next build and want to use all of the GPIO pins, well the prototyping plate is there for you. Each plate is included with the case.
