## Description

Designed to work with the [Pi 5 Official Case](https://core-electronics.com.au/raspberry-pi-5-case-red-white-official.html) (or any setup where space and cooling are paramount), the Compact M.2 HAT+ is the smallest form factor 2230 SSD HAT on the market.

[Raspberry Pi 5’s](https://core-electronics.com.au/raspberry-pi/raspberry-pi-5-boards-kits-and-accessories.html#category_4580) single-lane PCI Express 2.0 interface is broken out via a 16-pin, 0.5mm- pitch FPC connector; this HAT is an adapter board that converts between this connector and a subset of the M.2 standard. Capable of supplying up to 3A to connected M.2 devices.

Supplied with inbuilt FPC cable, 8mm standoffs and screws for mounting.
