This is a 12.5W Micro-USB Power Adapter with the US power prongs (100-240VAC). It's made for use with Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, works for the Raspberry Pi 1/1+/2/3/3+ models and the original Raspberry Pi Zero and Zero W as well. The cable is 1.5m long and 18awg.
