Stronger than ABS and more wear resistant, PC-ABS Alloy brings strength and high temperature resistance to ABS 3D printing filament.

*Compatibility Alert:*
A tool head equipped with our LulzBot Hexagon Hot End is required due to the high ideal printing temperature range.

*Print Surface Recommendation:*
Applying a glue stick (such as Elmer's® brand) directly to the print surface before starting your LulzBot 3D printer is strongly recommended for increased printed object adhesion.

### Features

By combining the bonding properties of ABS with the strength and higher extrusion temperature of polycarbonate, this premium alloy is perfect for small parts ready for use in the field. Choose PC-ABS Alloy for custom brackets, connectors, clasps, and housings.

### Printing Specifications

- Special Tool Head Requirements: LulzBot Hexagon Hot End recommended
- Hot End Temperature Range: 260°C-280°C
- Print Surface: PEI film recommended with a glue stick (such as [UHU® brand](https://www.amazon.com/Saunders-99655-Stick-Clear-White/dp/B00006IFC9/)) applied to the print surface prior to powering on your LulzBot. Maintain the print surface by powering off your LulzBot and cleaning the glue stick residue with a soft cloth and water.

### Storage Specifications

Store your filament in an air tight container. The use of desiccant is encouraged as this filament will absorb moisture from the air.
