The current draw for lithium batteries is usually quoted as a proportion of the battery's capacity, these 18650 cells have a continuous discharge current of 0.2C and a peak discharge of 1C. This translates to a continuous current output of 520mA and a peak output of 2600mA. Operated within these limits you can expect to get around 300 charge cycles over the lifecycle of the cell.
