## Description

PolySmooth™ is a unique, easy-to-print filament designed for healthier and easier post processing. The magic of this process occurs because the filament is soluble in alcohol. Thus, surfaces can be smoothed with alcohol achieving a layer free model.

Polymaker recommends that this material be used with the [PolyBox](https://core-electronics.com.au/polymaker-polybox-edition-ii.html)™ to keep it at dry conditions (relative humidity of 15% or less) at all times to maintain the best printing results.

### Features

- **Easy Post Processing -** As PolySmooth is soluble in alcohol, Isopropyl alchol can be utilized to acheive a layer free model
- **Balanced Mechanical Properties** - PolySmooth™ features well balanced mechanical properties, outperforming ABS and PLA on many attributes, making it an ideal material for everyday 3D printing.
- **Easy-to-print** - PolySmooth™ is compatible with most 3D printers, printing under similar conditions to regular PLA. No heated bed required but can be used for best results (up to 70°C). Polymaker have also optimized PolySmooth™ to allow easy removal of support.
- **Uncompromised Quality** - Polymakers leading quality control process and rigorous in-house testing ensure reliable printing and consistency across spools and batches.
