## Description

**This is the original PiicoDev Buzzer Module v10 which uses a piezo transducer to create sound. It's a little quieter than the [newer v20](https://core-electronics.com.au/piicodev-buzzer-module.html) design. It's designed for a classroom environment where you'll be able to hear it while at your desk, but likely won't be enough to alert you from across the room.**

The **PiicoDev® Buzzer Module** adds an audible alert to your project. Play simple tones or even melodies by following the [guides](https://core-electronics.com.au/piicodev-buzzer-module.html#guides). The buzzer's volume can be adjusted in-code so you don't have to listen to your alarm at max-volume during prototyping - perfect for classrooms and makerspaces.

- Easily play tones/melodies
- Add an audible alert to your project
- Adjustable volume
- User-controllable LED
- No soldering required
- PiicoDev connector, compatible with Qwiic and STEMMA QT (3.3V only)
- 2.54mm breakout for breadboarding/prototyping
- Manufactured and [supported](https://core-electronics.com.au/contacts/) in Australia by Core Electronics
