## Description

Measure motion with the PiicoDev® 3-Axis Accelerometer! Use great pre-written examples to measure tilt-angle, tapping and shaking. The on-board LIS3DH can measure 16-bit acceleration data in ranges from 2*g* to 16*g* in all 3 axes. By using PiicoDev adapters and cables, you can connect to this sensor without soldering - or use the standard breakout header if you prefer breadboard prototyping. Whichever you prefer, the getting-started [guide](https://core-electronics.com.au/guides/piicodev-three-axis-accelerometer-lis3dh-getting-started-guide) will help you get started programming this sensor in MicroPython with your favourite development platform.

**Features**

- Measures acceleration and tilt
- Detect tapping, double-taps, and shaking
- Great guide to get you started
- PiicoDev connector, compatible with Qwiic and STEMMA QT (3.3V only)
- 2.54mm breakout for breadboarding/prototyping
- Manufactured and [supported](https://core-electronics.com.au/contacts/) in Australia by Core Electronics
