## Description

Introduction

How small a leonardo can be? Just as small as a coin!! Is it amazing? Yes,it's ture. And we have such a kind of leonardo delivered for you. Nova----a new generation of leonardo---super small size, super powerful functionality. Nova is the smallest one amonge all leonardo controllers. It is only 21.5mm long and 20mm wide,so that you can put it in any project which has rigid requirement of size. It's also not just a leonardo. We integragte a useful Triple Axis Accelerometer on this small controller. And you can directly read the data of this sensor through IIC communication. You don't have to add another Triple-Axis Accelerometer which will bring unecessary size. Small size dosen't mean less function. Nova also have 10 digital I/O, 6 analog I/O and 4 PWM I/O. To make full use of Leonardo's commuincation power, we equipped it with independent IIC interface, UART seriel interface and micro USB. Despite many people made mini size leonardo, their ones never have so many interfaces and be so powerful. People uasully doult if mini Leonardo's interface is friendly to use. For our Nova, you don't have worry about this. We designed a mini expension shield and special digital cable to connect with normal sized sensors. You can find min 3P I/O interface and micro usb on the kit. So just use and program it like Arduino Leonardo and utilize its small size. To make Nova a ture wearable controller, we also integrate a mini lipo battery management system. You can charge the tiny lipo battery with micro USB. And if there is no USB power, the battery will automatically transfer to stable 5V power. If you tired with Arduino Lilypad which is powered by Atmega328, try our Nova which has ATmega32u4. ![](https://core-electronics.com.au/media/remote_images/_DSC0509_dyRVFf.jpg) An RGB LED driven by a Nova and LIPO battery inside Notice: The battery is not included in the kit.
