## Description

Adafruit have carrying a new 1.27mm pitch 2x5 **Mini SWD 0.05" Pitch Connector**. It's a tinier, bite-sized version of the [Box Header](https://core-electronics.com.au/swd-0-05-pitch-connector-10-pin-smt-box-header.html) used on our [SWD Cable Breakout Board](https://core-electronics.com.au/swd-2x5-1-27mm-cable-breakout-board.html). Instead of a full shroud, there's a half-shroud with a key-notch. It'll takes a lot less space on your board!

The header alone is great if you want to incorporate this piece of hardware with your own software. [Adafruit are specifically selling it so you can solder it onto Adafruit's nRF52 Feather to add SWD debug/connect capabilities.](https://core-electronics.com.au/adafruit-feather-nrf52-bluefruit-le-nrf52832.html) If your project requires, you could also straighten out the SMT pins to solder into a thru-hole connector.

This little header will snap right into any [10-pin 2x5 socket-socket 1.27mm IDC (SWD) cable](https://core-electronics.com.au/10-pin-2x5-socket-socket-1-27mm-idc-swd-cable-150mm-long.html). In conjunction with these cables, they are handy when programming or debugging tiny boards. Adafruit see these connectors often on ARM Cortex dev kits, and have a few handy in Adafruit's ARM-dev box.
