Printing with flexible materials has never been so easy! Simply upgrade your Lulzbot Taz 3D Printer tool head with the newest revision of the Flexystruder Tool Head v2. You'll be able to 3D print with any of the speciality flexible filaments available. As always, Lulzbot has utilised their extremely reliable all-metal Hexagon Hot-End right into this tool head, making your flexible printing ventures as reliable as possible.

Features
Once you have installed the tool head, all of the filaments available from NinjaTek will be right at your fingertips. Upon initializing your printer in Cura (Lulzbot Edition) with this tool head, you will have access to a wide range of printer profiles for flexible filaments! You can use SemiFlex® Filaments to product strong, but slightly flexible cases and enclosures for your project, or use NinjaFlex® for strong and stretchy props, costumes, and wearables.
As this extruder uses a PTFE tube to guide the flexible filament down through the tool head, it is not advised that you use rigid filaments such as PLA or ABS with the Flexystruder, as they can cause unnecessary wear and tear on the PTFE. Essentially, you will just want to stick with flexible filaments on your Flexystruder. Not to worry though, swapping out a tool head only requires one screw to fit the whole extruder to the tool head carriage.

Using stiff, non-flexible filament with the green flexystruder is not advised as it can lead to premature extruder body wear and purging difficulty when switching between materials.
Fans: Heat sink and nozzle fans included

Products that weigh more than 0.5 KG may cost more than what's shown (for example, test equipment, machines, >500mL liquids, etc).
We deliver Australia-wide with these options (depends on the final destination - you can get a quote on the view cart page):
- $3+ for Stamped Mail (typically 10+ business days, not tracked, only available on selected small items)
- $6+ for Standard Post (typically 6+ business days, tracked)
- $10+ for Express Post (typically 2+ business days, tracked)
- Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.
Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.
Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.
International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:
- $11+ for Pack and Track (3+ days, tracked)
- $16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)
If you order lots of gear, the postage amount will increase based on the weight of your order.
