This is the Hardened Steel Tool Head for LulzBot 3D Printers! It comes loaded with a 1.2mm Hardened Steel Nozzle that's been carefully designed to allow for utilizing durable industrial composite materials on your 3D Printer (Carbon Fiber filaments are now safe to print!). The increase in the nozzle size from 0.5mm on the stock standard tool head to 1.2mm also gives you the ability to print MOAR faster.

1.2mm Nozzle - The larger nozzle gives you a greated volumetric flow rate on your printer. You can print more, in less time with this tool head.
Hardened Steel Nozzle and Hobbed Gear - Hardened steel on the major filament driving components means that the tool head will hold up to wear and tear caused by industrial materials for longer. No blockages or wearing out your nozzle with Carbon Fiber filaments.
Industrial Material printing - Carbon Fiber, PEEK and other industrial grade 3D Printing materials offer higher impact resistance, strength and environmental stability than standard materials. See the full list of materials compatible with this tool head here.
Larger Heater Block - The larger heater block enables higher volumetric flow rate of printed material, by increasing the melt zone in the extruder. This is so you printer can keep up with the larger nozzle!
Compatible Printers - By default this tool head is compatible with the Mini 2 mounting system, however, if you need to use it on another LulzBot printer you can simply utilise a Universal Tool head Adapter to make it work!

As with all LulzBot Tool Heads, there are Open Hardware Assembly Instructions that guide you through every step of the way when upgrading your tool head on your printer.

We deliver Australia-wide with these options (depends on the final destination - you can get a quote on the view cart page):

$3+ for Stamped Mail (typically 10+ business days, not tracked, only available on selected small items)
$6+ for Standard Post (typically 6+ business days, tracked)
$10+ for Express Post (typically 2+ business days, tracked)
Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.

Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.

Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.

International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:

$11+ for Pack and Track (3+ days, tracked)
$16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)

If you order lots of gear, the postage amount will increase based on the weight of your order.
