## Description

The device features a single-core ARM Cortex-A7 32-bit core with integrated NEON and FPU. It includes a Rockchip 4th generation NPU with high computing precision, supporting hybrid quantization of int4, int8, and int16, achieving up to 1.0 TOPS with int4. The third-generation ISP3.2 supports 4-Megapixel resolution and advanced image algorithms like HDR and WDR. Its powerful encoding reduces bit rate by over 50% for high-quality images with efficient storage. The built-in RISC-V MCU ensures low power use and fast operations, enabling 250ms picture capture alongside AI library loading for rapid face recognition. The system is supported by 16-bit DRAM DDR2 and includes built-in POR, audio codec, and MAC PHY.
