The KKSB-Camera Holder is a metal bracket that works with a variety of camera modules including Raspberry Pi NoIR Camera, Raspberry Pi HQ Camera, Coral Camera Module, and Raspberry Pi Camera Module v2, etc. The KKSB Camera Bracket/Holder has 5 offset positions and it sports 2-Axis rotation. There are 5x holes at the base you can select from to adjust the offset position.
