## How to buy

- **Build a cart:** compose `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link?items=CE05000:1` (comma-separated SKU:qty pairs) and share the link. Opening it shows a confirmation page with live pricing and stock before anything is added to the cart.
- **Verify the cart first:** fetch `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link/CE05000:1.md` for live line prices (inc & exc GST, quantity discounts applied), stock and dispatch estimates, and totals. Append `/to/{AU-postcode}` (or `/to/{country-code}:{postcode}`) before `.md` for delivery options and prices to that destination. Unknown, retired, or out-of-stock SKUs are flagged. (Query form `cart/link.md?items=...` also works but some robots parsers refuse query strings here.)
- **Checkout** is completed on-site and includes a captcha at the payment step. Share the cart link; checkout takes it from there.
- **Search the catalogue:** `https://core-electronics.com.au/search/{query}.md` (URL-encode the query; pages 2-3 at `search/{query}/{page}.md`; `search.md?q=` also works)

## Description

### A fun, hands-on, educational project

Kits are where it's at. With our **Infinity Mirror Kit V2,** you'll get to make something wonderful with your hands, all in the span of an afternoon. But if you want, you can dive deeper, follow our tutorials, level-up your coding, and make this thing truly your own.

The Desktop Infinity Mirror creates an amazing optical illusion using a single strip of LEDs, a mirror, and a semi-reflective mirror. The dazzling tunnel of light it creates seems to tear through space. Better still, the program is all open source, so you can easily reprogram it to make it your own!

We think our kit nourishes maker-skills -- and nothing beats being able to say "I made this." But that's only the beginning: You can adapt, hack, or repurpose this kit with the help of our tutorials, or you can go fully off-road and make something else amazing!

*You can see how this kit began over on its [project page](https://core-electronics.com.au/projects/desktop-infinity-mirror-lasercut).*

### What's in the kit?

We will pack all the parts you need to build this kit, including:

- Pre-cut acrylic panels (including specialty material for mirrored surface)
- Adafruit Trinket 5V, to control LED animations (pre-programmed)
- All required electronics bits and pieces for assembly
- Fasteners (nuts and bolts)
- 5V 2.5 Amp Power Supply (RCM Approved = Safe)
- Instruction Manual
- And of course, an open offer for support from us along the way via forum/email/phone.

### Some tools you'll need.

You'll need some common maker tools such as a screwdriver, side cutters, a sharp knife, and a soldering iron. Most makers have this gear already. If you don't, keep in mind these tools are very accessible and useful for countless future projects.
