You cannot use a Hummingbird Bit wirelessly or a Finch Robot 2 on a Windows or pre-2014 Mac machine, with Snap!, Python, or Java, without this dongle.

You do not need this dongle if you are purchasing Finch Robot 1 or Hummingbird Duo products.
