## Description

Upgrade your Hakko with a new tip

You'll get better & faster solder joints and the whole process will be much more enjoyable. This tip fits the [FX-888D](https://core-electronics.com.au/hakko-fx-888d-digital-soldering-station-plus-free-extra-tip-conical-t18.html) analog and digital irons, and they're fast to swap, takes only 30 seconds to change out. All the tips are good for either lead or lead-free (simply set the iron to the temperature required for the solder you are using).

This type has a thin conical end and is an ultrafine tip which is best suited for soldering at narrow pitches, etc.

It is the best for soldering micro components such as 0603, etc. and for repairing high-density-mounting P.W.Bs. such as in cellular phones, etc.
