## Restrictions

**For use in Australia**

- Operate only in bands and with settings that are permitted for your location and application. Check this product’s supported frequencies in the description/specs.
- If you intend to operate outside shared/licence‑exempt conditions (e.g. in other bands, at higher power, with high‑gain antennas, or extended duty cycles), you must have the appropriate authorisation.

**For use in other regions**

- Follow the spectrum rules for your country/region and select frequencies and settings accordingly.

A declaration of use will need to be submitted during checkout.

## Description

The HackRF Pro is the next evolution of the renowned open-source Software-Defined Radio (SDR) platform from Great Scott Gadgets. It is a wideband half-duplex transceiver that operates from 100 kHz to 6 GHz, capable of both transmitting and receiving radio signals for analysis, research, and development.

Compared to the previous revision, the HackRF One - the Pro offers many updates and improvements.

- A wider range and flatter frequency response.
- A USB-C High Speed Connector.
- More RAM and Flash for custom firmware.

### Features

- **Precision Timing Stability:** Maintain accurate frequency tuning without drift, even as the device warms up, thanks to the built-in 0.5 ppm Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO).
- **Cleaner Signal Capture:** Analyse the spectrum without the interference of the DC offset spike found in previous models
- **Updated Logic Controller** now using a modern FPGA from a CPLD.
- **Modern Connectivity:** Connect easily to contemporary laptops and workstations via the updated USB-C interface, which manages both power and high-speed data transfer.
- **Versatile Sampling:** Adapt to various signal types with sample rates up to 20 Msps in standard mode, or push to 40 Msps using the new half-precision mode.
- **Wideband Coverage:** Experiment with everything from FM radio to GSM and WiFi signals with a massive operating range of 100 kHz to 6 GHz.
