## Description

The goBILDA® RGB Indicator Light provides colorful lighting options across a spectrum of illumination. Its translation of standard servo PWM signals into specific colors and flash sequences makes it a **PWM-reading crystal ball** you can use to display the status of your robot!

### PWM-Controlled Color Light

The colors and flash sequence of the Indicator Light are signal-dependent. (Check out Product Insight #4 to see how PWM ranges relate to the Indicator’s gradient of possible colors.) This allows the Indicator to perform as a **diagnostics tool** when you’re programming, testing, or debugging code. It’s especially helpful for indicating the **live status** of your robot—even when it’s right in the middle of action! The level of illumination is perfect for being able to be seen across a FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) game field without being so bright you can’t look directly at it.

Of course, the PWM control allows for colorful illumination possibilities across all kinds of other applications. It’s a fantastic way to give flourish to your robot and **rep your team colors** on a game field!

### Input/Output Ports

The Indicator possesses two each of TJC8 connector ports and JST-PH connector ports. While they are FH-MC, all ports can act as either input or output ports, and all ports use PWM as their communication protocol.

Two TJC8 ports across two opposite sides allow for signals and power to be delivered to the Indicator via your servo wiring setup. The Indicator also has JST PH ports for connecting to controllers like the REV Control Hub. These ports are located such that when the Indicator is placed over another component’s 14mm hole, the JST PH ports are accessible through the hole.

### Easy Attachment

The RGB Indicator Light possesses four M4 thru-holes on the goBILDA® 32mm square pattern. Each thru-hole has a hex counterbore for the easy capture of hex head screws and locknuts.
