# FNIRSI DLA-16 Plus USB 3.0 Logic Analyser (16 Channels)

**Type:** Product page · **SKU:** CE11108 · **Brand:** [FNIRSI](https://core-electronics.com.au/brands/fnirsi)
**Page:** https://core-electronics.com.au/fnirsi-dla-16-plus-logic-analyser.html ([markdown](https://core-electronics.com.au/fnirsi-dla-16-plus-logic-analyser.html.md))

Capture, trigger and decode up to 16 digital signals at once, with deep on-board memory to catch the rare glitch your scope keeps missing.

## Pricing

- **Price:** $399.00 (inc GST) — $362.73 AUD, exc GST

## Availability & dispatch

- Out of stock — the product page offers email notification when it returns.

## How to buy

- **Build a cart:** compose `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link?items=CE11108:1` (comma-separated SKU:qty pairs) and share the link. Opening it shows a confirmation page with live pricing and stock before anything is added to the cart.
- **Verify the cart first:** fetch `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link/CE11108:1.md` for live line prices (inc & exc GST, quantity discounts applied), stock and dispatch estimates, and totals. Append `/to/{AU-postcode}` (or `/to/{country-code}:{postcode}`) before `.md` for delivery options and prices to that destination. Unknown, retired, or out-of-stock SKUs are flagged. (Query form `cart/link.md?items=...` also works but some robots parsers refuse query strings here.)
- **Checkout** is completed on-site and includes a captcha at the payment step. Share the cart link; checkout takes it from there.
- **Search the catalogue:** `https://core-electronics.com.au/search/{query}.md` (URL-encode the query; pages 2-3 at `search/{query}/{page}.md`; `search.md?q=` also works)

## Description

A 16-channel USB 3.0 logic analyser that samples at up to 1GSa/s and stores 4Gbit of capture data on board, built for debugging microcontrollers, FPGAs and embedded communication buses.

Entry-level 8-channel analysers quickly run out of headroom on fast SPI, parallel buses or several peripherals at once. The DLA-16 Plus holds 500MSa/s across all 16 channels in Buffer mode and resolves pulses down to 2ns. When you need long recordings rather than raw speed, Stream mode sends data straight to your PC at up to 125MSa/s on all 16 channels.

Logic thresholds adjust from -5V to +5V in 0.1V steps, so the same leads work on 1.8V, 3.3V and 5V systems. Four built-in PWM outputs let you drive a circuit while you watch it respond, which means one less instrument on the bench.

*We also stock [the 32-channel version of the DLA](https://core-electronics.com.au/fnirsi-dla-32-plus-logic-analyser.html).*

Getting started is quick:

- Install the DLA-Logic software for Windows from FNIRSI's website (the driver installs alongside it)
- Plug the analyser directly into a USB 3.0 port, not a hub
- Connect GND to your circuit first, then attach the signal leads
- Choose channels, sample rate and trigger, then press Run

### Features

- Match the capture to the job with three acquisition modes: Buffer for maximum-speed bursts, Stream for long-duration logging, and Roll for live, real-time waveform monitoring
- Turn raw edges into readable data with 120+ protocol decoders and an open decoder library for adding custom protocols
- Catch exactly the event you're chasing with rising-edge, falling-edge, high-level, low-level and any-edge triggering
- Skip counting samples by hand with built-in pulse width, period, frequency, duty cycle and cross-channel time-difference measurements
- Find the interesting part of a long capture fast by searching for signal levels or edges, then zooming and panning across channels
- Keep fast edges clean with shielded 1.27mm signal cables, plus spare channels that can serve as extra ground returns
- Share and archive your results by saving projects or exporting captures as CSV or BIN files for further analysis
- Make the software your own with multiple pages, custom channel colours, configurable shortcuts and light or dark themes, and update the firmware from the same app
- Check the device state at a glance with a tri-colour status LED: red when disconnected, green when connected, blue while acquiring
