## Restrictions

Restrictions apply to this equipment as it uses button/coin cell batteries:

- The equipment is intended to be used in trades, professions or industries
- The equipment is not intended for sale to the general public
- The equipment is not intended to be used where children are present
- You are aware that this equipment may not meet child safety testing requirements as it is not intended to be used by consumers or general public, but rather, is intended to be used in trades, professions or industries in conjunction with the limitations and restrictions listed above
- You are aware that these restrictions are due to a change in [A](https://www.accc.gov.au/media-release/businesses-on-notice-as-mandatory-button-battery-laws-commence)[ustralian legislation in 2022](https://www.accc.gov.au/media-release/businesses-on-notice-as-mandatory-button-battery-laws-commence) for button/coin cell batteries

## How to buy

- **Build a cart:** compose `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link?items=WS-33630:1` (comma-separated SKU:qty pairs) and share the link. Opening it shows a confirmation page with live pricing and stock before anything is added to the cart.
- **Verify the cart first:** fetch `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link/WS-33630:1.md` for live line prices (inc & exc GST, quantity discounts applied), stock and dispatch estimates, and totals. Append `/to/{AU-postcode}` (or `/to/{country-code}:{postcode}`) before `.md` for delivery options and prices to that destination. Unknown, retired, or out-of-stock SKUs are flagged. (Query form `cart/link.md?items=...` also works but some robots parsers refuse query strings here.)
- **Checkout** is completed on-site and includes a captcha at the payment step. Share the cart link; checkout takes it from there.
- **Search the catalogue:** `https://core-electronics.com.au/search/{query}.md` (URL-encode the query; pages 2-3 at `search/{query}/{page}.md`; `search.md?q=` also works)
- **Payment methods, purchase orders, policies and contact details:** https://core-electronics.com.au/llms.txt
## Description

A touchscreen you can talk to, in a case ready to mount on the job. An ESP32-S3 with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 (LE) drives an 800 × 480 capacitive touch display, a dual-microphone array and an audio codec. It can connect to online large model platforms such as DeepSeek and Doubao for AI speech interaction.

It is built to be installed, not just used on the bench. A wide-range DC input and optocoupler-isolated digital inputs and outputs let it run from your existing supply, read switches and sensors, and signal other equipment without an extra interface board.

Program it over USB-C in Arduino IDE or ESP-IDF and build the interface with LVGL. Power, I2C, a 5V output and the isolated I/O all come out on a 3.5mm-pitch screw terminal block at the back of the case.

### Features

- Clear voice capture and playback: the dual microphones feed an ES7210 ADC with echo cancellation, and an ES8311 codec drives a speaker on the MX1.25 header
- Readable from almost any angle: the IPS panel has a 160° viewing angle and 5-point capacitive touch with interrupt support
- Room for rich LVGL interfaces and audio data with 16MB Flash and 8MB PSRAM
- Connects to real-world signals: the isolated inputs accept passive dry contacts or active NPN/PNP signals from 5–36V, and the isolated open-drain outputs sink up to 450mA per channel
- Runs from a 7–36V DC supply, USB-C or a 3.7V lithium battery with onboard charging, with LEDs showing power and charge status
- Keeps time through power loss with a PCF85063 RTC (with alarm) and a CR927 backup battery holder
- Stores logs, images and audio files on a TF card
- The case holds a 60 × 30 × 6 mm lithium battery inside and has 75mm-spaced M4 holes for rail, wall or monitor-arm mounting
- Flexible clock and independent module power control for low-power operation
