Please note that the shunt negative wire and power supply wires must be isolated. Refer to the attached diagram.

Ammeters are susceptible to noise and are not suitable for use in cars or with DC-DC switching supplies. The distance between the panel meter and the shunt must be kept short to assist with stability.

Includes a shunt resistor along with the ammeter.
