## Description

DFRobot Leonardo with Xbee socket is an Arduino Leonardo variant board based on the ATmega32u4 chip. Because the ATmega32u4 handles USB directly, code libraries are available which allow the board to emulate a computer keyboard, mouse, and more using the USB-HID protocol!

Based on the Arduino official Leonardo processor, this board features an Xbee socket making it possible for you to extend the functionality of your Leonardo with WiFi, Bluetooth and RF directly. Pins D14, D15 and D16 have been broken out with power and ground pins to maximize the use of your ATmega32u4 microcontroller allowing for digital sensors and modules to be used directly with your DFRobot Leonardo.

Note: This board is only supported in the latest Arduino IDE 1.0.1 or later version so you will also need to update the IDE.
