Turn a Compute Module 4 into a palm-sized desktop PC with active cooling, dual HDMI and space for an NVMe SSD.

## Pricing

- **Price:** $82.35 (inc GST) — $74.86 AUD, exc GST

## Availability & dispatch

- In stock, ships same business day if ordered before 2PM (Australia/Sydney).
- We can dispatch 5 today; more stock is typically available with a 12–35 day lead time.

## How to buy

- **Build a cart:** compose `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link?items=CE10318:1` (comma-separated SKU:qty pairs) and share the link. Opening it shows a confirmation page with live pricing and stock before anything is added to the cart.
- **Verify the cart first:** fetch `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link/CE10318:1.md` for live line prices (inc & exc GST, quantity discounts applied), stock and dispatch estimates, and totals. Append `/to/{AU-postcode}` (or `/to/{country-code}:{postcode}`) before `.md` for delivery options and prices to that destination. Unknown, retired, or out-of-stock SKUs are flagged. (Query form `cart/link.md?items=...` also works but some robots parsers refuse query strings here.)
- **Checkout** is completed on-site and includes a captcha at the payment step. Share the cart link; checkout takes it from there.
- **Search the catalogue:** `https://core-electronics.com.au/search/{query}.md` (URL-encode the query; pages 2-3 at `search/{query}/{page}.md`; `search.md?q=` also works)

## Description

A complete mini PC in a 60 mm cube: drop in a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 and you have a desktop-ready computer with cooling, storage and full-size ports built in.

Compute Modules are brilliant, but they need a carrier board, cooling and an enclosure before they're useful on a desk. This cube combines all three. An internal carrier board breaks out dual full-size HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, two USB 2.0 ports and USB-C power, while an aluminium heatsink with a PWM-controlled fan sits directly on the CM4 to keep it cool under load.

Storage is handled by an internal M.2 M-Key slot for a 2242 NVMe SSD, and NVMe boot is supported after updating the CM4's bootloader EEPROM. A rear DIP switch gives you access to nRPIBOOT and EEPROM write protection, so you can flash eMMC or update the bootloader without taking the case apart.

With a 40-pin GPIO breakout and an onboard PCF85063 real-time clock, it's well suited to always-on projects such as home automation hubs, network services and compact kiosk displays.

### Features

- Keeps the CM4 cool and quiet with an aluminium alloy heatsink and PWM fan, controllable via GPIO14 or Raspberry Pi OS's built-in fan settings
- Run two monitors at once from two full-size HDMI ports, no adapters required
- Fast storage via an M.2 M-Key slot for 2242 NVMe SSDs (NVMe boot supported after an EEPROM update)
- Reliable wired networking through a Gigabit Ethernet port, plus an internal IPEX1 antenna for wireless CM4 variants
- Two USB 2.0 Type-A ports for keyboards, mice and peripherals, enabled automatically by the latest Raspberry Pi OS
- Keeps accurate time while offline with an onboard PCF85063 RTC (CR1220 battery with ZH1.25 connector sold separately)
- Flash eMMC and update the bootloader without disassembly using the rear 4-position DIP switch
- Connect sensors, HATs and other hardware via the 40-pin GPIO breakout
- Front power button: short press to power on, long press to cut power (shut down the OS first)
