This DB9 Female to RJ45 Female Adapter can be used to **handleserial data communication between RS232 devices with one RJ45network cable**, or as an extender to extend RS232 serial signal to about 20m.

Two modules are required for serial port to network cable transmission. It enablesto extend serial signal to 20m withCAT5/6 network cable and supports 720P/1080P/1080P analog HD formats.
