The first 10-20 hours of drill bits will be silky smooth milling. The next tens of hours will leave small burrs which will require light sanding to remove. We recommend using [Scotch Bright 7447](https://core-electronics.com.au/3m-7447-mar-scotch-brite-150mm-x-230mm.html) or fine sandpaper to remove rough edges/burrs (avoid breathing the dust, wear a suitable mask). For PCB use, we recommend using a 1/32" and 1/64" Flat End Mill (the 1/64" is very useful for detailed PCB milling).
