## Description

### Combine rubber-like elasticity with high-speed printing capabilities. While standard flexible filaments often require frustratingly slow print speeds to prevent jamming, this High Flow formulation is engineered to maintain consistent extrusion at speeds significantly higher than generic TPU.

Unlike PLA or PETG, which are rigid and prone to shattering under impact, TPU absorbs shock and returns to its original shape. The trade-off is that TPU 95A is naturally softer and more difficult to print than rigid materials, requiring a clean nozzle and strict moisture control to avoid stringing. However, compared to softer flexible variants (like 85A), the 95A shore hardness strikes a balance that is firm enough to print reliably while remaining flexible enough for functional parts.

### Core Features

- **High-Flow Flexibility:** The primary reason engineers choose the "HF" variant is efficiency. This material is formulated with a specialised mix of additives that allows it to print roughly 3x faster than standard TPU without sacrificing layer adhesion or impact resistance.
- **RFID Parameter Syncing:** The spool features an embedded RFID tag that communicates directly with your Bambu Lab printer (X1/P1 series). While TPU should be fed via the external spool holder to avoid jamming the AMS gears, the RFID tag still automatically syncs the correct print profile, nozzle temperature, and flow dynamics, eliminating manual tuning.
- **High-Speed Optimisation:** Bambu Lab has tuned this filament to handle aggressive acceleration settings. The printer detects the material type and automatically adjusts the volumetric flow rate limit, allowing you to print flexible parts with speed settings that would typically cause under-extrusion in generic brands.
- **Moisture Considerations:** TPU is extremely hygroscopic (water-loving). For successful prints, this material **must be dried** before use and ideally printed from a dry box. Wet TPU will result in "popping" noises, poor layer adhesion, and fuzzy surface finishes. Ensure you dry it at 70°C for at least 8 hours if it has been exposed to humid air.
