## Description

If you’re building out a small network or homelab setup and need to power devices like [Raspberry Pi's](https://core-electronics.com.au/raspberry-pi.html), wireless access points, or security cameras directly [over Ethernet cables](https://core-electronics.com.au/cables/ethernet.html).

This 8-port Fast Ethernet switch is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at PoE standards, making it compatible with a wide range of [PoE-powered devices](https://core-electronics.com.au/power-batteries/power-over-ethernet.html). Each port auto-senses connected devices and handles auto MDI/MDI-X crossover, so you can say goodbye to messy cable arrangements or special patch cords. Just plug in and go.

With a total power budget of 150W, the AS2008-P can deliver up to 30W per port - more than enough to handle power-hungry Pi, access points or HD IP cameras.

### Key Features
