## Description

Power up your projects with style!

Pop 3 AA's in the battery box and power up your JST-PH projects, with [Alkaline AA Batteries](https://core-electronics.com.au/catalog/product/view/sku/CE04629) the voltage will be somewhere between 3.3 and 4.8 and volts, depending on the charge, and if you are [using NiMH batteries](https://core-electronics.com.au/catalog/product/view/sku/CE06600), somewhere between 2.7 and 4.2 volts. Both are similar to LiPo batteries but far less prone to dangerous failures.

Since both aren't LiPo's make sure you do not plug them into any LiPo chargers!

Add one to your next robot or portable project - the on-off switch is recessed and harder to accidentally switch on and off, perfect for projects with lots of moving parts!

***Note: Does not include batteries. Not recommended for use with the micro:bit, Alkaline batteries will exceed the maximum allowed battery voltage***
