The SA23-12EWA is a 57mm red high efficiency Single-digit Numeric Display with white diffused lens. The high efficiency red source device is made with gallium arsenide phosphide on gallium phosphide. It has low current operation and high light output. It easily mounts on PC boards or sockets.
