This is a colour active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film Transistor). It is composed of a colour TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC and a back light unit with capacitive touch and a cover lens bezel. The module display area contains 480 x 272 pixels.
