## Description

This specialized nut is intended to index inside the square bore of [goRAIL®](https://www.gobilda.com/gorail/) or [goTUBE](https://www.gobilda.com/4103-series-gotube/) in order to create linear motion as the [8mm lead screw](https://www.gobilda.com/8mm-lead-screws/) is rotated. The M12 threads offer an attachment point for the [4101 Series Threaded Tube](https://www.gobilda.com/4101-series-aluminum-tube-for-lead-screw-square-nut-8mm-id-x-14mm-od-300mm-length/). The slight recesses at the base provide a spot to install [magnets](https://core-electronics.com.au/2912-series-neodymium-magnet-5mm-diameter-15mm-thickness-2-pack.html).
