This is a Clipped Sine Wave Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO). It features a 1.8V supply voltage and comes in a 1.65 x 1.25mm surface mount package. It offers a ±1.50PPM frequency tolerance and operates over a wide temperature range of up to -30°C ~ +85°C.
