When coupled to a motor shaft, this 40mm length of D-shaft will reach through [1120 Series U-Channel](https://www.gobilda.com/1120-series-u-channel/) and protrude out the other side. This protrusion is just long enough to install a bearing, a shaft spacer, and a hub or pinion gear.
