These disconnectable crimp-style connectors snap together securely.

The 2.5 mm pin spacing is close to the standard 0.1" grid spacing on many perfboards, so these units can readily be substituted for 2-pin [male headers](https://core-electronics.com.au/0-100-2-54-mm-breakaway-male-header-1x40-pin-straight.html).
